Created around the temporary exhibition dedicated to Verdi’s Aida at Museo Egizio, the experience invites visitors to learn about Egyptologist Auguste Mariette and the historical imagination behind the opera. The application was designed for Oculus and takes the form of an escape room inspired by the Temple of Hathor in the Egyptian pavilion Mariette designed for the 1867 Paris Universal Exposition.
