Privacy notice
This notice explains how RHUDE Immersive processes personal data when you use this website or contact us through the project enquiry form.

2. Data we process
When you submit the Start a Project form, we process the information you choose to provide, such as contact details and project-related information. Hosting and security providers may process standard technical information required to operate and protect the website. Cookiebot by Usercentrics manages and documents your consent choices and may process technical information needed to provide the consent service.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Project enquiries are processed to respond to your request and, where relevant, to take steps before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Website security and limited operational logging may be based on our legitimate interests in maintaining a secure and reliable service (Article 6(1)(f)). Legal or accounting records are processed where required by law (Article 6(1)(c)). Optional Typeform, YouTube and Vimeo content is loaded only after your consent (Article 6(1)(a), together with applicable rules on terminal-device storage/access).
4. Typeform project enquiries
The project form is provided by Typeform. RHUDE Immersive determines the purpose of the enquiry and is responsible for the response data; Typeform processes form response data on our behalf. Typeform is embedded as an independent form service and manages its own cookie choices within the form.
5. External media
Project pages can contain YouTube or Vimeo videos. These players are blocked by default and connect to the relevant provider only after you allow external media. YouTube embeds use the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain where available; Vimeo embeds use the DNT parameter.
6. Recipients and international transfers
We may use service providers for hosting, website security, forms and external media. Typeform and other external providers may use subprocessors or process data outside the EEA. Where required, providers state that appropriate transfer mechanisms such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses are used. Their own privacy notices provide further details.
7. Retention
Project enquiry data is kept only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and thereafter where retention is required by law or for dispute resolution. Cookiebot maintains consent documentation according to the configuration and retention applicable to the Cookiebot service.
8. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, restrict or object to processing, receive data in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman.
